On July 13, 2016 Mary Jo DeCriscio, a long time parishioner of St. Martin De Porres Parish in Yorba Linda, California, passed away. She was 98. She was a good friend and a great woman of faith. Upon her death, the family decided that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Joseph Primary School Busukuma in Uganda. We decided to construct a separate building for the Kindergarten section and dedicated it to Mary Jo. Hence Mary Jo’s Kindergarten. May she rest in peace.
